Yanna is an AI-powered legal document generation platform that provides demand letter creation, case management, document processing, and electronic signature services.
Yanna provides the following services:
For agency users, we provide multi-client management capabilities including client tracking, per-client API keys, usage analytics, and webhook configurations.
You may create an account using email authentication, Google OAuth, or payment-verified onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
API keys are provided for programmatic access. You must keep API keys confidential and are responsible for all usage under your keys. We may revoke API keys that violate these terms or pose security risks.

In addition to subscriptions, we offer usage-based billing for AI services and document processing. Charges are calculated based on actual usage and billed when your unbilled balance reaches your configured threshold (default $25).
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. You must maintain valid payment information.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If payment fails, we will attempt to process payment again. Continued payment failure may result in service suspension or account termination. You remain responsible for all outstanding charges.
API requests are subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Default rate limits are 100 requests per hour for free users. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary access restrictions.
You agree to use the Service in accordance with fair use principles. Excessive usage that impacts system performance or other users may result in throttling or account suspension.
Document storage is subject to reasonable limits. We reserve the right to implement storage quotas and may delete inactive documents after extended periods of inactivity.

You retain all rights to content you upload or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Yanna and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
Content generated by our AI systems is provided to you for your use. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed and may require modifications before use.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YANNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
